Meet Baya

I am an enchantress.

I work with women who feel like they've ticked all the boxes — motherhood, career, home, stability — and still find themselves asking: is this it?

How I work

When women come to me, they are often at a crossroads. Something in them knows there must be more, but they can't yet see the path forward.

I don't use traditional therapy. I work with magic, storytelling, and the power of historical enchantresses — women across time who transformed their lives and their worlds without certainty, without permission, and often without a map.

In my work, you don't just learn about these women — you meet them. You recognize yourself in them. And slowly, you begin to remember what you are capable of.

Where this Began

Before any of this, I spent years working in mental health with Britain's NHS. I watched, again and again, how people could be "recovered" and still not know who they were. That gap — between being fine and being yourself — is what I've spent the years since trying to close.

Then I turned fifty. At a birthday gathering in my own garden, a friend looked at me and said, "Baya, you are now a Crone, your time is done." I felt like I'd been punched in the stomach.

That sentence — and my refusal to accept it — is where this work actually began.

This is about learning how to change your world, even when you don't yet know how.

If this resonates, I'd love to speak with you. Let's see what your enchantress is ready to awaken.
